How Do We Do It

PPE: Stack Flexo Printing Press for conventional LDPE/HDPE jobs but with high demand.

Customer: Have 2-3 color jobs with line jobs. Have conventional speeds of 30-40 mtr min.

PPE: Okay, what are the maximum no. of colors being used? And what is the output you are looking at?

Customer: we have maximum 4 color jobs.
Output wise: I can put endless number of machines of 40 mtr/min as the demand is huge

PPE: Okay, then what are the challenges?

Customer:
No. 1 challenge at the moment is Floor space for more machines.
No. 2 is Changeover timing.
No. 3 is No. of days material flows in my factory from entry as raw material and exit as finished goods.

PPE: Okay, can you give us some time to go back to the drawing board and see what we can offer you?

Customer: Sure, I am in no hurry as I have been using these machines for years and am used to it.
So I can definitely wait it out for a few more years.
